By placing an order with DSA Table Linen Specialists (Pty) Ltd through this website or via electronic means, the User will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions and furthermore the User acknowledges that all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications be in writing.

E-COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER PRIVACY

The website www.dsalinen.co.za  sells table linen and fabrics online. The use of any product bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/User indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website which DSA Table Linen Specialists (Pty) Ltd undertakes to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

The information required for executing the orders placed though this website , namely the Users personal information , credit card details , delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept confidential by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties.  For the purposes of this clause “personal information” shall be detailed in the Promotion of Access to information Act 2 of 2000 ( PAIA). The Provider undertakes that all reasonable precautions are taken to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches that may occur on the Users electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website), which may result due to lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may have installed on his/her device.

The Provider may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. The User may not assign or transfer any of the Users rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of the Provider.

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and DSA Table linen Specialists (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Payment for products purchased on this website may be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the following bank account :

Customers who wish to pay via direct bank deposit or EFT will need to wait for the funds to clear in our bank account before the order is processed.

 

PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLOURS

DSA Table Linen Specialists (Pty) Ltd, have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the products displayed on this website and cannot be held responsible for variations in fabric colours which may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitors and/ or electronic devices used to browse this website.

DELIVERY

Orders are subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Requests will be processed within 7 days of receipt of payment. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is free for orders over R500 within South Africa. For remote areas not serviced by standard courier services, the Provider will gladly deliver to the nearest post office.

The Provider will deliver all goods to the courier company in good order and will ensure the goods arrive at the Users chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Please note: Whilst we will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible, delivery will generally take approximately 1 week from receipt of payment to delivery.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders will be refunded after the deduction of a 10% administrative fee. The Provider reserves the right to cancel orders for which payment has already been received should the quality of the goods not meet the Providers standards. In this unlikely event the User will be refunded in full with no deductions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you receive from us, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to exchange your product or refund you (less a 10% administration fee), provided the products are returned in the condition in which they arrived (unwashed, unused and in its original packaging). Please take extra care when reading our wash and care instructions provided with our products as we cannot accept items returned to us if the fault is clearly due wear and tear, misuse or incorrect washing. The return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
